Atoms (the "App"), published by Guildhall Capital Pty Ltd, collects as little data as possible. We do not require an account and we never receive your full payment-card details.
The mobile apps do not include advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not collect app-usage analytics, advertising identifiers, names, email addresses, or other direct contact information.
The mobile apps do not display in-game advertising and have no in-app purchases. They are sold for a one-time price through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google processes that purchase; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
Your preferences and game settings are stored locally on your device. Scores remain local unless you choose to use a platform leaderboard, in which case the score and platform player identity are handled by Apple Game Center or Google Play Games under their respective privacy policies.
The app uses services provided by Apple and Google for optional leaderboards, distribution, and payment processing.
Atoms is suitable for a general audience, including children. We minimise data collection, do not show advertising, and do not knowingly collect names, email addresses, or other direct contact information from children.
The browser version at loveatoms.com shows no ads and makes no data-collecting network requests.
You can avoid submitting scores to a platform leaderboard. You can also contact us with any privacy question or request.
